Someone clever once said that quality is in the detail. So what does that tell us about plain, white polystyrene-filled panel doors? The timber effect grain of one of our doors gives a rich, classic style to your house - and a very warm welcome home. Now that is clever.
Our composite doors come in seven external colours; red, green, blue, black, white, oak and now also in darkwood. The internal colour is white.
The solid colours - red, green, blue, white and black - are pre-pigmented which means the colour is added during the manufacturing process ensuring they stay looking great for many years.
The light oak finish is a hand-applied stained finish to give depth the woodgrain.
Finally all the doors have a high gloss, UV resistant film to give them a final sheen.
The new woodgrain door is really great...honestly! After months of development our two tone 'Dark Wood' door complements both mahogany or a rosewood frame. This woodgrain door is guaranteed to give a unique 'is it real' look.
Customers who like a low threshold will get to enjoy a Part M compliant door specially designed for composite doors. Its features include a concealed face drainage and it fits site lines like a glove with a 70mm measurement front to back. It also has a top of the line thermal break. We also match the low threshold with the hardware, so it comes in gold, anodized or black.
Our composite doors are adaptable. Each composite door has a transom bar dedicated to the frame and it is all one piece, this improves the durability of the door and makes it more stylish. Putting a top box is very simple.
Remember that the glass pattern for the door will be echoed in the top box.
The door frame is also used in the side panels so the colour will match perfectly. They come glazed or matched with a composite infill panel at a size of 484mm. The glazing occurs internally and the pattern will mimic the main door unless you prefer another pattern. It can also include a transcom section made of the same composite material.
The side panels are fitted with an aluminum coupling section which is 20mm and PVC coated. Any glass design can be used for these panels.
Composite door side panels will use the matching composite door frame so the colour will be the same. These side panels can be glazed or they can come with a similar composite infill panel. If glazed, the panels will be internally glazed first and will have a matching glass pattern with the main door.
It will also include a very special composite transom section. If you choose the composite panels they measure 484mm and they are attached using sturdy aluminium coupling sections, sized 20mm.
